Bill and Teresa Purcell

Working in the major studios of Hollywood since 1965, Bill's credits include "classics" like Planet of the Apes, Dr. Doolittle, M.A.S.H., A-Team, Camelot, Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea, Lost in Space, Star Trek and many action films still popular today, such as Rambo, Robocop, and The Big Easy. Teresa began her movie adventures in 1975 on Hawmps, followed by 11 films. Teresa's stage work includes The Dallas Opera, The Metropolitan Opera and Broadway Shows (including Legends, Arsenic and Old Lace, The Foreigner, The King and I, Evita, My One and Only and Hello Dolly). After meeting on the set of Robocop in 1986, Bill and Teresa married, and formed Down and Dirty Special Effects, Inc. You can see some of their work in Home Alone, Passenger 57, Exorcist III, Born on the Fourth of July, The Chase, American Gothic, and Speed II.
