Donna Reed honors Frank Capra

April 4, 1982 - AFI honors Frank Capra.

In 1982, the American Film Institute (AFI) presented its 10th Lifetime Achievement Award to director Frank Capra, at an event hosted by actor James Stewart and attended by the Capra family.

Donna Reed was one of many individuals speaking at the event, commenting that didn't know if she would ever make another movie after filming It's a Wonderful Life with Capra.
