Bob Crosby (August 25, 1913 – March 9, 1993).

George Robert Crosby was an American jazz singer and bandleader who was best known for his New Orleans Dixieland-style jazz octet The Bob-Cats. He was the younger brother of famed singer and actor Bing Crosby. He guest-starred on television in The Gisele MacKenzie Show and was also seen on The Jack Benny Program. He also hosted his own afternoon TV variety show on CBS, The Bob Crosby Show (1953–1957).


Crosby appears with Donna Reed as himself in the movie See Here, Private Hargrove (1944).
