Richard Widmark (December 26, 1914 – March 24, 2008).
Richard Widmark was an American film, stage, and television actor and producer. Early in his career, he was typecast in villainous or anti-hero roles in film noir but later branched out into more heroic leading and supporting roles in Westerns, mainstream dramas, and horror films, among others.
Donna Reed co-stars with him in the American Western film Backlash (1956). A Variety review said, "Donna Reed and Richard Widmark add name-value and Miss Reed handles her role well, that of a girl who hasn't always been what a lady's supposed to be.
