Charles Herbert (December 23, 1948 – October 31, 2015).
Charles Herbert was an American child actor of the 1950s and 1960s. Before reaching his teens, he was renowned by a generation of moviegoers for an on-screen broody, mature style, and wit that enabled him to go one-on-one with some of the biggest names in the industry. His appearances in a handful of films in the sci-fi/horror genre garnered him immortality. In six years he appeared in twenty Hollywood features.
Charles guests in three episodes of The Donna Reed Show during Season 1. Watch him in Guest in the House (Episode 10); Nothing But the Truth (Episode 17); and Boys Will Be Boys (Episode 24). He returned in Season 2 in The New Mother (Episode 18).
